Advantages

  • The sealing part of these profiles is made of EPDM sponge rubber and the clamp area consists of soft rubber with a wire carrier.
  • In an extrusion process the two materials are bonded to each other through vulcanization. 
  • EPDM profiles are tested according to UL 157 and UL 50 E. 
  • The profiles made of NBR are oil resistant.

  • Clip-on profiles: EPDM or NBR, black
  • Carrier: Soft rubber
  • Sealing part: Sponge rubber

Remarks

Sealing profiles as a combination between PVC edge trim and sponge rubber can have up to two glued joints.
